By purchasing digital products from Planet Wise Marketing, you agree to the following terms.

1. Delivery

• All products are delivered digitally.

• No physical item will be shipped.

2. Email Responsibility

You must provide a correct email address.
Planet Wise Marketing is not responsible for access issues caused by:

• Incorrect email entry

• Email provider blocking or filtering

• Customer failure to check spam/junk folders

3. Technical Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

• Device compatibility (PDF reader required)

• Stable internet connection

• Adequate storage space

• Updated software

We are not liable for failed downloads caused by customer-side technical limitations.

4. Lost Files

If you lose your file, you may request a replacement.
Re-delivery is offered at our discretion.

5. No Refunds

Digital products cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.

6. Usage Restrictions

Digital products are for personal or internal business use only.
Reselling, distributing, copying, or sharing files is prohibited.

7. Liability

Planet Wise Marketing is not responsible for:

• Loss of business or income

• Technical issues caused by the customer’s device

• Misinterpretation of digital content

• Business decisions made using our templates
