Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Planet Wise Marketing, we value fairness, clarity, and mutual respect in all collaborations. This policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and digital product purchases are handled for both our strategic services and downloadable templates.
1. Discovery Session Fees
A Discovery Session is a structured, paid session designed to assess your needs and determine strategic alignment before any project begins.
All Discovery Sessions must be paid in advance to secure your time slot.
If a full project begins within 60 days of the Discovery Session, the paid fee is credited toward the agreed project total.
No refunds are issued for missed or cancelled Discovery Sessions unless rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions that cannot proceed due to incorrect contact information provided by the client are also non-refundable.
2. Strategic Service Cancellations
Strategic brand engagements begin only after a proposal has been approved and terms have been agreed by email.
Once a project is approved:
A cancellation before work begins may receive a partial refund at our discretion, depending on preparation already completed.
If work has already begun, no refund is guaranteed, as time, planning, and resources may already have been invested.
Any agreed payment schedule must be followed to avoid delays or pauses in service.
Planet Wise Marketing reserves the right to retain fees for time already committed or delivered.
3. Digital Product Purchases (Templates)
Digital products including templates, frameworks, and downloads are delivered instantly by email or direct download.
Because these items cannot be returned once accessed:
• All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge:
You are responsible for providing the correct email address.
Access issues caused by email filtering (spam/junk folders) or incorrect email input do not qualify for refunds.
You are responsible for ensuring your device has the software needed to open PDF files.
Technical limitations on your device or internet connection are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.
If you lose your file, a replacement may be provided at our discretion, depending on proof of purchase.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms for strategic services are clearly outlined in your proposal before work begins.
Late payments may result in delayed delivery or a temporary pause in services.
Work may resume once outstanding payments have been cleared.
5. Force Majeure
Planet Wise Marketing is not liable for service delays or interruptions due to circumstances outside our control, including:
Illness
Internet or platform outages
Technical failures
Natural disasters
Major disruptions affecting communication
In such cases, sessions may be rescheduled without penalty.
