Lorem Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Planet Wise Marketing, we value fairness and mutual respect in all collaborations. This policy outlines how we handle cancellations, payments, and refunds.

1. Discovery Call Fees

• All discovery calls are paid in advance.

• If a project is initiated within 60 days of the call, the fee will be credited toward your project total.

• No refunds are issued for missed or canceled discovery calls unless rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

2. Project Cancellations

• If you cancel a confirmed project (i.e. after payment of a deposit), we reserve the right to retain the deposit as a non-refundable commitment fee for time booked.

• If a project is canceled after work has begun, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion, depending on time and resources already invested.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment terms and schedules will be clearly outlined in the project proposal.

• Late payments may result in project delays or a pause in services.

4. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, technical outages, natural disasters).
