1. Services Provided

Planet Wise Marketing offers:

• Strategic brand services (Clarity Assessment, Strategy Blueprint, Custom Strategy, Add-Ons)

• Digital products (templates and downloadable resources)

Services are confirmed only by email after an inquiry is submitted.
No consultations are offered directly through the website booking system.

2. Digital Product Purchases

When purchasing a template:

• You receive a digital download only

• No physical item will be shipped

• You are responsible for submitting the correct email address

• Files are licensed for personal or internal business use

• Sharing, reselling, copying, or distributing the product is prohibited

All digital product sales are final.

3. Booking & Cancellation

• Project start dates are confirmed once a deposit is received.

• Cancellations or rescheduling for discovery calls must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations may not be refunded.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, guides, and digital materials are the intellectual property of Planet Wise Marketing.

You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license.

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute

• Claim authorship

• Share the files publicly

• Include them in your own digital product

Violation may result in legal action under copyright law.

5. Customer Responsibility

Clients agree to provide accurate information, meet project deadlines, and communicate clearly throughout the engagement. Planet Wise Marketing is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or missing materials.

Digital Products

You agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information
• Ensure your device can open PDF files
• Maintain a stable internet connection for downloads
• Save your files upon receipt

Planet Wise Marketing is not responsible for download issues caused by:

• Incorrect email entry
• Spam/junk filtering
• Device limitations
• Outdated software
• Internet connectivity issues

6. Limitation of Liability

Planet Wise Marketing is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the relevant services.

Furthermore, Planet Wise Marketing is not liable for:

• Loss of income

• Misuse of templates

• Technical issues on your device

• Business decisions made using our templates or services

Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Refunds Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
