Planet Wise Marketing offers marketing strategy, consulting, and branding services to solopreneurs, freelancers, and purpose-driven businesses.

All services are subject to project scoping and availability.

2. Discovery Calls & Payments

Discovery calls are paid, strategic sessions designed to explore alignment. If a collaboration moves forward, the discovery call fee is credited toward the project (if initiated within 60 days).

Full details on pricing and scope are shared via custom proposal after our initial intake and vetting.

3. Booking & Cancellation

• Project start dates are confirmed once a deposit is received.

• Cancellations or rescheduling for discovery calls must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations may not be refunded.

4. Intellectual Property

Any content, copy, or strategy provided remains the intellectual property of Planet Wise Marketing unless otherwise agreed. Clients retain rights to materials after full payment.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients agree to provide accurate information, meet project deadlines, and communicate clearly throughout the engagement. Planet Wise Marketing is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or missing materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

Planet Wise Marketing is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the relevant services.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting a form or inquiry, you consent to our data handling practices.

8. Governing Law
